Anniversary Edition Orders 

The llcensed image Peacock (Crimson) is based on the painting (an acrylic on canvas) of the same name by award-winning Maryland artist Judith Olivia HeartSong. Transformational Threads is delighted to celebrate its first anniversary with this gorgeous custom needlework.

Peacock is offered in a limited edition of 25 pieces. The image dimensions are 20x20 inches (24x24 inches when hand-stretched and matted). The price is $365, plus 5% Virginia sales tax, $18.25. Handling and shipping charges, including postal insurance, are extra and are assessed prior to shipment of order(s). 

Please print and complete a copy of this form, enclose a check for $383.25, payable to Transformational Threads, and mail to: Transformational Threads, 2331 N. Glebe Rd., Arlington, VA 22207. On receipt, you will receive an e-mail about handling and shipping charges to your address and will be asked to remit those charges in advance of the order's shipment.

Shipment is within approximately 7 business days of receipt of payment of handling and shipping costs. All sales are final and nonrefundable.

Reserve List for Smaller-Size Editions

Transformational Threads is pleased to offer two smaller sizes, 16x16 inches (20x20 inches matted) and 12x12 inches (16x16 inches matted), if interest warrants. To place a custom-edition order of 25 pieces in these smaller sizes, Transformational Threads must have on file at least 15 reserve-list orders with 50% deposit. Fulfillment of a custom-edition order requires at least 8 weeks. 

The 16x16-inch thread painting is $220, plus 5% Virginia sales tax, $11; total, $231 (50% deposit is $115.50). The 12x12-inch needlework is $175, plus 5% sales tax, $8.75; total, $183.75 (50% deposit is $91.88). Handling and shipping charges, including postal insurance, are extra and assessed at time balance is due. 

To place a reserve order, print a copy of this page, complete the section requiring name and other information, indicate the size and quantity of thread painting to be reserved, and mail to Transformational Threads at the address listed above. If placing a reserve order for more than one thread painting, please adjust deposit accordingly.

Transformational Threads will acknowledge by e-mail receipt of your reserve deposit, time edition order is placed, receipt of edition from Vietnam, and balance due.
